Dangerous Dads – Lanarkshire

We are excited to launch our NEW monthly outdoor group for Dads and their kids.

Lock down saw many of us spending much more time outdoors with our families.  Going on adventures, exploring local places and enjoying time together reconnecting with the simpler things in life.

As life is beginning to return to normal, we want to help you keep these special moments.

Dangerous Dads group is a great opportunity for Dads/Stepdads/Grandad/Uncles/ Male Foster Carer (ANY male who is a care giver for a child) to come along to the woods for a couple of hours, learn new skills and spend some time with their children.

Running once a month you can join Ross, our Play Ranger for some to learn a little bush craft, some simple woodland crafts and a chance to get muddy and messy, build dens, or just chill out in the hammocks.

Dangerous Dads Lanarkshire is part of the

Dangerous Dads Network which was set up by Ian Blackwell in 2007.

Our first session will run on Saturday 19th September 2020 from 10am – Midday in RSPB Baron’s Haugh, Motherwell and only costs £15 per family!

Kids love the opportunity to go on an outdoor adventure and these special times with dad (or any male carer) will create memories that last a lifetime.
