Calling all “Dangerous Dads”!!!
We are inviting you to join our new outdoor group for dads and kids.
Lock down saw many of us spending much more time outdoors with our families – Going on adventures, exploring local places and enjoying time together reconnecting with the simpler things in life.
As life is beginning to return to normal, we want to help you keep these special moments.
Our Dangerous Dads group is a great opportunity for Dads/Stepdads/Grandads & Uncles to come along to the woods for a couple of hours, learn new skills and spend some time with their children.
Running once a month you can join Ross, our Play Ranger to learn a little bush craft, some simple woodland crafts and a chance to get muddy and messy, build dens, or just chill out in the hammocks.
Kids love the opportunity to go on an outdoor adventure and these special times with dad (or any male carer) will create memories that last a lifetime.
‘Dangerous Dads Lanarkshire’ is part of the wider ‘Dangerous Dads Network’ which was started by Ian Blackwell in 2007.
Dangerous Dads Lanarkshire is aimed at male are givers with children up to age 11.
Younger toddlers are welcome too and can attend once they are steady on their feet!
Babies in a baby carrier are free.
Our Dangerous Dads session will run on
Saturday 24th October 2020
10am – Midday
in RSPB Baron’s Haugh, Motherwell.
Only £15 per family group
